A 3% merchant processing fee, collected by the processing company and not retained by our office, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Policy
Golfer's Cove extends a generous 30-day return window, ensuring ample time for your decision. We ship directly from manufacturers to guarantee you receive brand new items in impeccable condition, complete with the full manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a return, your refund will be the purchase amount minus the original shipping and any applicable restocking fees, as determined strictly by the manufacturer. ✔ All payment refunds are subject to the Refund Policy.
✔ No restocking fee for returns in like-new condition, unless specified otherwise.
✔ However, a restocking fee may apply for returns that are damaged or incomplete.
✔ Note: Software purchases are non-refundable.
✔ Note: All Optoma, Foresight Sports, and Simulator Impact Screen sales are final.
✔ Note: The Net Return products (except for impact screens) may be returned within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee.
✔ Note: All Uneekor launch monitors and related base-level software are eligible for return earlier of 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt.
✔ Note: All HomeCourse products have a 30-day return window on all undamaged, unsmudged, and unused products with a 15% restocking fee.
To initiate a return, request return merchandise authorization (RMA) and instructions via email at info@golferscove.com. We guarantee a response within 24 hours. Include a printed copy of the email containing your return instructions and RMA number in the box with your returning merchandise. Returns without RMA will be refused.
Returned items must reach us within 14 days from the day of the notice of intent to return, in new sellable condition, in the original packaging, with all parts and components, free of damage. Gifts or free products included with the original purchase must also be returned.
Our return policy covers cancellations after shipment, refusal at the time of delivery, and applies only to unused products within the specified time frame. We do not accept returns or exchanges of used products past the allocated time specified by the Return Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on all Non-Warranty Returns and Exchanges.
Golfer’s Cove disclaims liability for lost or misrouted shipments due to incorrect customer-provided addresses. Please ensure all provided information is correct before submitting your order. If you suspect an error in your address, contact us immediately to rectify the mistake.
Refunds are issued after returned items have been received and inspected. If a returned item is damaged during transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case. We deduct the original shipping charges from your refund. Customers assume the risk of loss and are responsible for shipping and handling fees for returning/exchanging a product. Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used when placing the order.

Damage or Defects
Our commitment to your satisfaction begins with a thorough inspection of your order before shipment, ensuring all items are in pristine, new condition. While our packaging is designed to prevent damage, we acknowledge the possibility of damages during shipment. Before signing for the shipment (note: FedEx packages may not require a signature), inspect the carton and contents. If you notice any damage, note it on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately via email at info@golferscove.com or by calling 336-407-0980.
We disclaim responsibility for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items without a note on the Freight Bill of Lading/Acceptance Log. If you cannot inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a note on the bill of lading indicating potential damage and your inability to inspect the contents before signing. You then have 24 hours to initiate a damage claim with us.
